Me and my friends had a blast staying at La Residenza. The location was fire, we were just a few minutes away from all the hotspots in Naples. We hit up the coolest clubs and bars, and even checked out the epic street parties. The apartment was spacious and comfy, perfect for pre-gaming before hitting the town. We felt like superstars chilling on the sun terrace, sipping our drinks and soaking up the cool vibes. The hosts were legit, giving us all the insider tips for the best places to party and grabbing some late-night pizza.
The only thing we wished for was a sick sound system in the apartment. It would've taken our party game to the next level.

We stayed for 4 night and liked our stay. Had a shower, hair dryers and a bidet in the bathroom. The neighborhood was central. The location was magnificent, within easy walking distance of a main square. Besides, it was located close to restaurants and cafeterias: )

We stayed in an apartment right in the historic center, which was perfect for exploring the city. The location was also convenient as it was within walking distance of the train station and close to many local restaurants. The room was clean and modern, and the host was very friendly and helpful. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-equipped kitchen and a clean bathroom.
The view from our balcony wasn't very nice, but it didn't really bother us as we were too busy exploring the city.

We had a great stay in Naples so close to Napoli with all the tourists, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Vesuvius and Sorrento and a cafeteria, a fish and vegetable store and a supermarket and of course excellent pizza...

Our family absolutely loved exploring the lively streets of Centro Storico, just minutes away from La Residenza. The location was perfect for us to immerse ourselves in the vibrant culture of Naples. We also enjoyed taking a short walk to the ferry, which allowed us to visit beautiful places like Capri and Amalfi. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable, providing us with a relaxing retreat after a day of adventure.
My children wanted to have some entertainment options in the apartment, such as board games or a TV. For families with children, it would be great to include some activities to keep them engaged during downtime.

The apartment was huge, perfect for a big group of friends like us. We loved the blackout rooms, they helped us sleep in after those fun late nights out. The location was super convenient, close to the main street and everything was within walking distance. Plus, the host Gino was really cool and made sure we had everything we needed.
The only thing we wished for was a better party atmosphere. Don't get me wrong, the apartment was great, but it would have been awesome if there was a common area where we could hang out and have some fun.

The apartment at La Residenza had a balcony with stunning city views, which made my mornings delightful. I loved the cozy seating area and the flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen was a game-changer for me, allowing me to prepare my own meals and save some money. The private bathroom with bidet and free toiletries added a touch of luxury to my stay. The air conditioning in the rooms was a lifesaver during the hot summer days. Having a well-fitted kitchen and a dining area made it easy for me to enjoy a meal in the comfort of my own space. The flat-screen TV with satellite channels offered plenty of entertainment options. I appreciated the electric kettle, as it made it convenient for me to enjoy a hot cup of tea whenever I wanted.
Personally, I found the dishwasher in the apartment unnecessary as I preferred washing dishes by hand.

The outside terrace was absolutely amazing - it was huge and had everything we needed for a romantic getaway. We spent hours sitting outside, enjoying the beautiful view and soaking up the sun. the apartment itself was clean and peaceful, despite being located in the heart of the city. It was also conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and all the attractions we wanted to visit.
The apartment could have been better equipped. It would have been nice to have some basic supplies provided, such as dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, and salt and pepper.

The apartment was beautifully designed, combining innovative technology and high-quality materials with a refined taste and attention to detail. We felt like we were staying in a luxury hotel! The fully equipped kitchen was a dream come true. We loved having a fridge, oven, and all the necessary kitchenware to prepare delicious meals during our stay. It made us feel right at home. The balcony provided stunning city views that took our breath away every time we stepped outside. It was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or a romantic evening overlooking the picturesque streets of Naples. The flat-screen TV offered a wide range of satellite channels, ensuring we never missed our favorite shows or movies while winding down after a day of exploring the city. The apartment had a spacious seating area with a comfortable sofa, allowing us to relax and unwind after a long day of sightseeing. It was the ideal spot to curl up with a book or simply enjoy each other's company.
The lack of a spare key for the front door was a minor inconvenience. It meant someone had to come downstairs to let us back in if we went out, or the other occupants of the apartment would lose power for a few minutes.
